Plenitude Impact Program

Your next generation carries more than they may be prepared for.

You have built something significant. You want your next generation to be ready for it — not just financially, but personally. Ready to understand it, to steward it, to contribute to it with purpose and discernment. And you sense that the gap between where they are now and where they need to be is not one that education alone will close.

01 You may recognise this

  • You are not sure your next generation entirely understands what you have built — or what it will mean for them to be responsible for it.
  • You want your next generation to be grounded in values and purpose — not shaped by entitlement or the assumptions that wealth can quietly create.
  • The relationships between your next generation — and between generations — will matter enormously as the family grows in complexity. You want those relationships to be strong.
  • You want them to find their own direction — and to contribute to the family from a place of clarity, not obligation.
  • You are thinking about the long term. You want to know that when the time comes, the next generation is ready.

"My kids seem transformed after the workshop. They have a more humble and holistic approach to wealth. They understand more about the family business, its origins and its purpose. Very importantly, they understand that wealth must be preserved and not plundered. They were treated like adults and their voice was heard. The kids keep asking me when is the next workshop."

02 How we work

We work with rising generation members of enterprise families over a structured year — combining immersive experiences, guided learning, and individual coaching. We begin by deeply understanding each participant: their strengths, their questions, and the dynamics of their particular family. We also work with parents, because the most meaningful development happens when both generations are engaged. The goal is not a program completed. It is a person more ready — and a family stronger for it.

03 What we work on

Six interconnected areas of formation.
Identity and Purpose
Self Leadership
Relational Capability
Enterprise Essentials
Family Systems & Stewardship
Impact & Contribution

04 What changes

Families who invest in this work typically describe a next generation that feels different — more grounded, more purposeful, more present in the conversations that matter.
A next generation that understands the weight and opportunity of what they have inherited
Stronger relationships and trust within the sibling and cousin cohort
Greater confidence and capability in family and enterprise conversations
A clearer sense of personal direction — within and beyond the family
An owner mindset grounded in responsibility, not entitlement
A generation more ready — and a family more cohesive for it
For advisors and professional service providers
The families whose next generation completes this work are better positioned to engage in ownership, governance, and succession planning with maturity and confidence. When rising-gen members are clear, capable, and cohesive, the structural work advisors do is more likely to hold.

The conversation is the starting point.

Every family and every generation is different. We work with families to understand where their rising generation members are — and what they most need. If this resonates, we would welcome the chance to talk.

Is your family approaching a moment that will define what happens next?
