Meet the Team

Andrew Doust

FOUNDER

Andrew Doust is the founder of Plenitude Partners which prepares families to navigate the complexities of wealth and to break the cycle which so often destroys families and their wealth. His holistic “Flourishing Family” approach is based on the simple truth that family wealth is only as secure as the family is connected. Andrew helps families to lay the foundation for intergenerational success – trust and unity, a unifying purpose and shared values - and to equip each family member to enjoy more of what matters in life.

Andrew was also instrumental in creating KORE Venture a unique non-profit program which delivers character-based programs aimed at preparing young adults to navigate the challenges and opportunities of wealth and which help them grow in clarity, confidence and conviction about their purpose in life.

Andrew began working with families of wealth in his home country of Australia almost 30 years ago and now works with multi-billion dollar families around the world including the USA, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom, Monaco and Africa.

Previously Andrew was Vice President of Strategy at Legatum, a private investment firm based in the Dubai International Finance Centre. Andrew played a lead role in building Legatum’s philanthropic portfolio including the development and launch of the Freedom Fund, a $200m private philanthropic initiative to help end modern slavery, and the Luminos Fund, a global initiative to transform education and help millions of out-of-school children get back to school. He also co-created and facilitated the annual Legacy Roundtable for next generation wealth holders and created and led the annual Legatum Leadership Forum for CEOs within the Group.

Chris brings over 25 years of experience working with young people and their families to Plenitude Partners. He has journeyed with families across the globe, offering tailored coaching and education to strengthen family bonds and ensure the next generation thrives both personally and within the family legacy.

As the founder of Understanding Teenagers and Families Who Thrive, Chris has a proven track record of fostering meaningful relationships within families. His approach blends practical strategies with deep emotional insight, ensuring families build lasting relational health. Whether advising families on the unique challenges of wealth or guiding young people through life transitions, Chris is recognised for his compassionate, results-driven approach.

With a Master’s degree in Education and a background in youth work and family dynamics, Chris brings a wealth of expertise to his work. His belief is that, with the right tools and guidance, every family can flourish. Chris has also been instrumental as a coach and program advisor for Kore Venture, a globally renowned initiative focused on equipping next-gen members of high-net-worth families to find direction and purpose.

Chris resides on the South Coast of NSW, Australia, with his wife and three children. When he’s not coaching or working with families, he enjoys family adventures, cheering on his favourite sports teams, and planning his next travel escapade.
